What can be improved   

While *Amina's Journey* is a powerful and moving read, there are moments where the pacing feels rushed. The resolution, in particular, comes quickly after Amina’s family connects with a resettling agency. While this abrupt ending mirrors the uncertainty of real-life refugee experiences, it left me wishing for a deeper exploration of Amina’s adjustment to life in Canada. How does she navigate her new environment? How does she reconcile her past with her future? A few more pages dedicated to this part of her journey would have provided a more satisfying conclusion.  

Additionally, while the sparse text is effective in conveying Amina’s story, there are moments where I wished for more dialogue or internal monologue to deepen my understanding of her thoughts and emotions. Amina’s perspective is compelling, and more insight into her inner world would have made her story even more relatable.
